Smile Makeover Success Story
“I have always had a very 'tooth-y' smile, however, my teeth were not something to smile about. I had a large gap between my two front teeth, and two other teeth did not grow in resulting in empty spaces. I grew up self-conscious so I always kept my hand over my mouth when I spoke. I no longer have to do that! Thanks to Anderson Dental Care, I now get lots of compliments on my ‘new smile’. The entire staff at Anderson Dental Care has always been great to me. The smile I show off now is the BEST! I trust them for all my dental needs!!!” –Carol

What is Invisalign?
Invisalign treatment consists of a series of invisible medical-grade polymer (plastic) aligners that you switch out about every two weeks. Dr. Anderson customizes the Invisalign system for your teeth and each aligner is individually manufactured with exact calculations to gradually shift your teeth into place.
Invisalign is the best way to transform your smile without interfering with your day-to-day life.
Will Invisalign work for me?
The Invisalign System is an alternative to braces for patients who have full adult dentition and complete jaw growth, and it is effective on a broad range of cases. We can determine if you are a good candidate during an initial exam.
Some conditions that can be treated using Invisalign:
Overly crowded teeth:
Overly crowded teeth:
This occurs when there is simply a lack of room within your jaw for all of your teeth to fit normally. When left untreated, overly crowded teeth can cause dental decay, an increase in chances of gum disease, and can prevent the normal function of teeth.
Here you can see some before and after photos from work that Dr. Anderson has done.
Widely spaced teeth:
This occurs with abnormal continued growth of the jaw bone. When teeth are missing, this issue can also be caused by the other teeth shifting due to extra space. Spacing issues in teeth can cause some periodontal diseases.
Invisalign® is designed to provide an esthetic alternative to teeth straightening. You don't have to sacrifice your smile while straightening your teeth.
